Ishpreet Gandhi founded Stride Ventures in 2019 which, in a very short period of time, has become of the most active venture debt funds in the country. Ishpreet’s has extensive experience in sourcing proprietary investment opportunities, fundraising, managing the portfolio by working with and supporting portfolio companies. As the fund manager, Ishpreet has built a well-diversified portfolio comprising 150+ companies across Consumer, FinTech, Logistics, AgriTech, etc. sanctioning over INR 50 billion across 3 funds.

Prior to founding Stride Ventures, Ishpreet Gandhi worked in baking for 12 years playing leadership roles across Retail, SME, MNC’s Corporate Banking & Venture Capital backed companies. He started his career with Standard Chartered Bank in the Retail SME banking division. This was followed by a term in Citibank commercial banking and thereafter, he managed MNC business for the northern region for Kotak group.
